They could not be more apologetic even though it wasn't their fault it was the new system introduced that week. it's a random check so not every bus will get stopped. We were taken to some beautiful towns and a Waterfall. Mostar was my favourite it's absolutely beautiful full of history. I would highly recommend this trip.”
